IT WAS RETURNED WITHIN 2 WEEKS AND IN THE ORIGINAL BOX. AND I HAD TO PAY THE $56 RETURN SHIPPING. THEY DIDN'T WANT TO REFUND ME ANYTHING UNTIL I PUT UP A FUSS. AS A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER, I WOULD NEVER DREAM OF RIPPING OFF A CUSTOMER IN THIS MANNER. FORTUNATELY, THERE ARE OTHER LAB SUPPLIERS ONLINE.
