STAY AWAY STAY AWAY! THEY CHARGE OVER THE AGREED PRICE AND DO NOT DELIVER... At one point I asked about a follow up and the reply was: "What are you expecting?" I had received a Logo and paid for a website. Then they promised a refund and I am still waiting! Most disreputable!

I wish I could have left zero stars I wish I could have left zero stars. Worst company I have ever worked with. I feel like I got scammed. Bought my website package in September and it’s still not done. Business cards came in the mail and you can’t even read them. They do not proof anything, website has numerous miss spellings and is embarrassing. Business cards were approved on computer but when printed can’t read anything on it. But they feel this quality of work is acceptable. Social banners still not complete. Bought the lifetime host and security package, however they don’t tell you they need to upgrade it it and expect you to pay a minimum of $750 at a drop of hat or the website will freeze up and not be accessible. Then they make fun of you for not understanding refuse to call you back. Project was initially approved at $500, $2500 later it’s still not done. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Company is so unethical.

First Design Crew is a scam related to… First Design Crew is a scam related to the Designing Avenue scam. Same people. Had them design a logo for me, they did make a logo after several months. Here's the catch, they tried to sell me copyright services for $600 (which is free). When I called them out on their dishonest tactics, they copyrighted my logo and tried to give me a cease and desist over text. They'll do anything for a buck. I just had a local design firm make a few minor things to my logo and got it copyrighted in my name this time. But they keep calling, trying to run their extortion scheme. First Ashton, then Asher in the same string of texts. And I agree with the previous 1 star review -- the positive reviews for this firm are bogus. Take a look at the 5 star reviewers' names. This company gives other graphic designers a bad name.

Horrible do not trust them Horrible do not trust them. I have such a long story with them, i bought a logo and website 6 months ago and until now they can not get my website to work. Promised money back and now they are saying they cant refund. So i am left with over 5k investment that does not work at all. Also their numbers are not real they will tell you its more money later SCAM SCAM SCAM

Awful, scam. Awful. Danny Fisher was the one to initially tAke my call. When speaking with him he told. Me it was 100% money back guarantee. When I found out the next day I would not be doing the company I no longer needed their service. Asked for a refund before work started. Then was emailed some designs from some other company (designing avenue) Devin Stall. As I had no idea who this company was inquired and got no clear answer that made any sense. Following Up will Danny on reimbursement he transfers me to a Mike who said I would not be getting a refund... this company is a scam!!! Do not believe them!! Stay far away from these liars! **** update**** look at their response. No name or contact. Then give the BS line of can’t find you in the database. Lol.
