GBExcellent source for contact details I’ve used RocketReach for many, many years and have never been disappointed. Excellent source for contact gathering especially useful if you’re a recruiter. Early customer training on the platform is very useful and customer services quick to respond. Highly recommended.

PHSubscription is NOT really helpful We started using RocketReach around the start of the year to add to our recruitment platforms. At first, we are very excited to use it since we were promised to get contact details (phone numbers and emails) for potential candidates. Turns out most of it is not working or with no contact information at all. The subscription is not cheap so when we decided that this is not really working for us, we tried to cancel it but they refuse to give a refund.

AUData pirates who publish your details… Data pirates who publish your details, taken from a long deleted Linked In profile, without permission. They then refuse to remove it unless you provide government photo ID, so they can basically steal your identity. IMHO they should be shut down or even prosecuted. Disgusting operation. Amazing that with todays privacy laws, they can get away with this... Yuk!

MXInsanely Bad at Latin American Surnames The platform hasn't bothered to localize for the second-most widely language spoken in the world. I'm going to say this one time: in Spanish-language naming conventions, the FIRST SURNAME IS MORE DEFINITIVE THAN THE SECOND SURNAME. That means if you are looking for Juan Gonzalez Cortes's emails, guessing Juan Cortes is going to get you nowhere. Can't believe I paid 60 bucks for this. At least stop docking our credits for these bunk results.

GBPersonal identifiable data published without consent, what to do here Hi, I hope this will help those that found their personal identifiable data published by RocketReach without consent. First send an email to their customer support asking for your PII to be removed, stating of course that you didn't provide them any consent. If after a month you didn't receive any response from them or your profile is still active and visible on a Web search, start a formal complaint with the ICO.
