GBFeels unfinished Firstly, the Growth tier is now free for up to three users - it's quite hard to justify paying out for other less featured CRM platforms in comparison, if you fit inside the 3 user limit. At least, initially. But then the more you scratch at the surface, Freshsales just feels unfinished and lacks polish. On paper, there's lots of features, but in practice these are hard to access and require a lot of set-up, and too-frequent workarounds. Other times (particularly with syncronization tools) behaviour is unexpected and at times, downright problematic. I found support generally good once you get to 2nd tier, but initial responses often betray a lack of trying to understand your issue. And the chatbot is a waste of space. This is the second time I've tried Freshsales - it's one of those products I'd love to like due to its pricing and feature set, but just keep on tripping over usability snags.

GBWe use Freshsales where I work and it… We use Freshsales where I work and it is just a nightmare, our manager spends her day fixing the constant issues and we constantly loose time on the phones, which translates to us loosing sales and loosing our commission. There is only one team you can contact and they are just as useless as the system they work on. I would never recommend Freshsales in any circumstance to anyone.

BEVery helpful tool with a good support team We have been using Freshsales for about 8 months. Very helpful tool. We can do almost everything with it, and they're always within reach to help out. Also willing to take things into consideration and make certain changes. Very nice tool, support team and experience.

SGSuper inconvenient When you dig deeper into crm you find out it was not built for marketing or sales: - The webforms do not capture your UTM, so you don't know where the clients come from - The sales person has to go and manually check all the channels of communication. If you have 3+ it's a huge problem - You cannot send a proactive whatsapp straightaway to client - you have to create a campaign + a journey - which is really bad - There is no report for the simple sales funnel Plus bugs everywhere. Support is very nice and they are really trying to help but the product is bad

MYI'm having a lot of problems with the… I'm having a lot of problems with the email function. Whilst I try to keep the customer database fresh - in my industry there is a lot of turnover so invariably my emails bounce more than usual as my customers roll in and out of projects. Often I don't know they've left until an email bounces and I investigate. I'm then constantly battling with this CRM that my emails bounce rate is too high etc etc.
