I am pretty sure that they haven't done any application they mentioned on their website. You will never get anyone when calling them, it will always go to their voicemail because they don't have any sales or customer service

GBThey hold your website hostage Unfortunately, it was pretty good customer service till I decided to change directions with my advertising and they withheld my files and restricted all access. Not helpful in transition. After paying for 2 years they were not trusting in receiving one more payment. It was sent but I lost a couple months of new business. Choose another company. Best of luck.

GBBad experience Had some issues with a couple changes requested and ended up getting charged more for the things they missed. That was their rep’s mistake, but somehow we had to pay for it.

GBTurnaround times were long The quality of work was very poor and turnaround times were long after the payment was not made upfront. Every revision I provided to the team took about a week for anyone to get back to me on. Multiple times I requested revisions were not completed. We finally settled on a final version, and the billing department on our end cut the check. I sent this information to my main contact over a week ago- and still have not heard back. The representative said he is travelling and can’t get in touch with billing. At this point we missed another marketing deadline. I would not consider using Microsite health again after this experience.
