GBSeems to be a dead service Although for the most part, the service works, there have been several occasions that the tool has not worked, and I've still been charged the credits, and have had to ask for the credits to be refunded (which they were) when in reality, they should be refunded as a matter of process if the service didn't work. I feel like the service may well be dead at this point, as their website still has a copyright date of 2021, and more importantly, links for Privacy Policy, Terms of use and GDPR don't work! This in itself is alarming, I did raise this with the only person that ever appears to manage the live chat, and was assured this would be fixed ASAP, however, that was a week ago and the links still don't work.

GBAVOID!! AVOID!!! Tool not working. Customer service keep saying issues will be fixed in 24-48 hours. Wasted credits due to their ussies have not been refunded. Just take a look at the recent reviews over on appsumo.

NLInaccurate + unresponsive support After testing multiple similar platforms, this platform is - by far - the most inaccurate. Even if you process the same leads multiple times, you'll get completely different outcomes. And yes, I've contacted them about it, but even after sending 5+ messages, I haven't had a proper response for 3-4 weeks. It doesn't seem like the right business.
