GBI had an aveAGE exPERIENCE with… I had an aveAGE exPERIENCE with ShaveMOB.com, nothing special, just like with any other company. The prices were average, nothing OMG about it, but still reasonably good.The customer service was OK,The communication was satisfactory. The interface was userfriendly. I didnt experience any problems with the process, it was completely stARDARd. Its a OK company, no better or no worse than any other.

GBNot Bad... The razors arrive quickly after ordering. The quality of the razors and the shave is quite good and the value (price) is very good too. The original handles that came with the razors were awful, and there's been some improvement. However, they are still problematic because I still have to manually take the blade out of the cartridge and put it on the handle because the handle mechanism isn't strong/sharp enough to attach the blade to the handle directly from the cartridge.

GBnew shave cream/razors The new men's shave cream takes some getting used to but does allow a good shave and provides very smooth/soft skin afterwards. I would prefer a no-fragrance and/or difference option of fragrances however. The five-blade razors, though not as good as Gillette, make better sense from cost standpoint but have noticed the price point moving up and may not hold the same value if that continues.

GBWhat was their business plan? I have been using 800razors for a couple of years now. Started because of the cost of blades even at the big box stores. I have been completely satisfied with these blades, especially the added benefit that they never seem to wear out (get dull). I have been using the current blade for over 6 months with no sign of getting dull. Don't know how these guys will make much money once people discover that they seem to last for ever rather than replacing them every few weeks like I used to do.

GBGreat product; sloppy web site Hi, Just wanted to throw my two cents into your inquiry. First off, I find the quality of your razors as good as any I have used and enjoy the savings. Secondly, your web site makes it extremely difficult to reorder. Each time I attempt to repurchase blades and click on "continue" your procedure does not take me to the next step. It reverts back to your product offerings without taking me to checkout. This is very frustrating and could lead to loss of customers. I think an overhaul of your website is in order and would appreciate your simplifying the process.
