Not so transparent about the work they… Not so transparent about the work they are doing and not sure if they can actually commit to what they say they can do. If I see a better service will change this rating.

Great job done Great job done. I got verified. I had 2 influencer accounts and they made the work easy for me. Really lovely people to deal with. 10/10 experience so far

I really wish I could rate this company… I really wish I could rate this company with zero stars because it was a scam right from the beginning. The company convinced me to pay £2500, promising to verify my Instagram account within two to three months, claiming that my account was verifiable. However, after about nine months and several insignificant paid articles (which I later found out were not considered in Instagram's verification process), I was still not verified. When I was rejected the first time, they asked me to pay an additional £1000 for submission through a "special portal." Eventually, they reduced the price to £350, which was still a lie because they ended up submitting the request through the same portal as before. When I was rejected the second time, they offered to compensate me by running an ad in Forbes magazine. However, one of their employees named Rick asked me for more money through WhatsApp at 11 PM so they could continue the article. At that point, I had enough and demanded a refund. The company seemed to only care about getting more money from me. I have never encountered such unethical people in my life. Fortunately, the new verification process being established by Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook will hopefully put these types of businesses out of operation for good. After I requested a refund, the company agreed to it, but then they took the money back the next day and threatened me with negative marketing if I did not pay for their worthless articles. This behavior is unacceptable, and I strongly believe that this business should be investigated and shut down.

Poor Customer Service From JUMP STREET! Talked with a representative 'Jack Brown' on the phone. Seemed very interesting and the initial process of getting to know them was going smoothly. I can see they are heavy on the high pressure sale, but that was ok. Then I agreed to a phone call. The guy spoke English with a heavy accent, no problem with that, but then I asked him where the company was located as a result of hearing that accent. He said, "Denver Colorado." I said, "Cool, but where are you from. He said, "I'm from Denver Colorado." I said, "Okay, but where is your accent from?" He said, I'm telling you I'm from Denver Colorado." Now at this point I'm frustrated. You clearly aren't from Denver Colorado so you're asking me for $6,000.00 but you cannot even be honest about where you are from? "Give me a freaking break," I exclaimed! It was simple question with a simple answer and then all of sudden he hung up the phone in my face. Nope! No thank you. Take that horse manure and shove it! I'll get my own Blue Tick!
