JPrefuse to give a refund even if you match the refund policy requirements. didn't have enough features in the full version, and you can't even test most of them with the demo(which forces you to pay for the full version). Then when you don't like the full version, they do everything they can to lead you in circles so you can never get your refund processed. The only reason I bought this product was because they said they would respect refund requests within 2 week if the client wasn't happy. The UI is ok, but for the price you barely get any customizability and and the customer service comes off as scammy and want to "schedule a call" to give me premium service, even though that isn't why I purchased the product. I purchased because the return policy seemed fair if I didn't like the product. @Tom you have my email in your system, I just want the refund I don’t want to waste any more time in meetings or trying to use the product. I want you to honor your refund policy, not waste my time going in circles. Reply 1: @Tom I’m leaving feedback right here for everyone to see. Stop leading your clients in circles when they ask for a refund. This is a huge red flag to anyone thinking about purchasing your product. Even with a 40% discount it was still extremely expensive. If you hadn’t had a “guaranteed refund” policy there is no way I would have paid for the product. Reply 2: Since I purchased the product through Amazon pay I was able to get a refund through Amazon. I would not purchase this product straight with credit card because Tweetful WILL NOT honor their return policy unless you go through Amazon pay and even then it is risky. I recommend using Socinator because even though you host it yourself, it is only $50 a year and has way more features and isn’t nearly as limited as Tweetful. Tweetful, get your act together.

GBContinued to charge my card after cancelling Tweetfull doesn’t have a cancellation button inside it, so you have to email their customer support to request to cancel. They replied to confirm they received my cancellation, yet charged me again 3 weeks later, and a month later after that. When I emailed again to request them to stop and refund those payments, they refuse to confirm cancellation. I had to issue a chargeback on my credit card. Beware. Update: in response to their reply below, I just checked all their welcome emails and there are no instructions in them how to cancel. That is a lie. And there is no way inside the members area to cancel (other than submitting their cancellation request form which I did). That is a lie too. Nothing they’ve said in their response here is true, which makes me believe this is operating as an actual scam rather than it being a customer service mixup. Once they have your card details on file, good luck trying to get them to stop charging them! Asking me here to contact them via email is ironic given the many emails I’ve had back and forth with them since cancelling after they kept taking payments. Update 2: in response to their updated response below, just to confirm I followed their cancellation process on May 24th which was to submit a cancellation request via their online form and they replied via email on May 25th confirming receipt: “We received notification of your subscription cancellation.” Trying to imply I didn’t cancel correctly is nonsense, particularly since they confirmed my cancellation (but subsequently charged me two more times).
