GBI've been a customer for about a year I've been a customer for about a year. I've never got what was intended from the service unfortunately. Impossible to get a call back, I've called, and chatted over the past 2 months to cancel my service, but no one calls me back. Their next payment will draft again tomorrow. I was supposed to be cancelled a few months ago. If I could do it again, I'd certainly would've never signed up in the first place.

GBWe are not having the best experience… We are not having the best experience with Wordstream. We started using the platform for ads however they changed their service to exclude feeds and now we have been directed to another company GODATAFEED who are equally as bad as Wordtream and charging loads more for the same service.We now have campaigns that do not have a feed. Its a total mess and Workstream just keep taking money and not resolving the issue. I cannot currently recommend Wordtsream and you have to book weeks in advance to get to speak to anyone, then if you are unlcky they will cancel a scheduled call at the last minute. Appalling service.

GBDon't get roped in to the sales call Don't get roped in to the sales call. This is the biggest scam PPC nonsense out there. They bill bill bill you and don't let you walk away from their overpriced interface. If I could give 0 stars I would. Although my account person was very helpful trying to tie up small businesses when times are tough is despicable.

ARSTAY AWAY! DON'T SIGN UP! They don't have a cancelation option and if you write to them nobody responds. I have been trying to cancel for weeks with no response and now I had to call my credit card to block any future debits. It's incredible that they are allowed not to have a cancelation option, VERY VERY UNETHICAL. Trust me: stay away.
