Scam This site is a scam. I decided to try them out for my HVAC company. We used many lead generation services that are similar (such as Home Advisor, Networx, etc). So far out of over 20 leads only 1 person has said they actually submitted the request. On top of that they keep sending us leads outside of the service area we requested. Now they have double billed my weekly budget 2 days in a row. This program is a joke.

I read the terrible reviews but… I read the terrible reviews but everyone mentioned they had paid $1,000+ and that possibly the company was under new management and "seemed to be doing better". Since the lady that contacted me was only asking for $200 and not $1,000 I thought that maybe it was a different management team and they figured out where they went wrong before. Nope, only difference is they ask for less money now. My first 5 leads were complete crap. Homeowners were mad I was calling, seemed to have no idea why I was calling and I got hung up on one after another. One lead was for a renter in an apartment (why would they want a roof quote?) Before I could pause my account it auto-renewed and now I am $400 in with them. I called them furious and the only good thing is they refunded my first 5 crap leads when I threatened to sue them. Now I have to spend a bunch of time calling homeowners who don't want to hear from me and then go online to request a credit, explain why the credit is being requested and wait until its credited. When I called to complain the guy on the phone explained "not all leads work out and if there's a good reason why, we will refund your money in the form of a credit". In other words, I'll need to spend a ton of time calling people and requesting credits until I feel I've gotten enough business to justify the $400 I spent before canceling my account. Oh and you can't cancel your credit card without first entering a different card #. So i'm having to close my credit card I gave them entirely. I think the way they get their leads is to just randomly call people and if the person doesn't immediately hang up they call that a valid lead. DO. NOT. SIGN. UP. WITH. THIS. COMPANY!

I hired Marvin Hernandez Construction… I hired Marvin Hernandez Construction out of Enumclaw to do a job at my house. It was a nightmare. They never showed up when they said they would, did terrible work, that they never finished, and left my house a mess. I paid them 25% down and it will cost me more than that to have someone else fix what they did. Don't go there, you will be sorry.
