GBVery disappointing Very disappointing. A warning to anyone considering this company. In my experience their promises are all either exaggerated or completely false. They also placed an unauthorized charge on my credit card account. Beware. Stay away. A great deal of slick b.s. with no substance behind it.

GBIts really weird that this company has… UPDATE: A representative did NOT reach out to me to resolve the matter after a month of waiting. I sent an email suggested by my attorney. The response was predictable and the same interaction that everyone has been having. No accountability. Refuses to provide the services I paid for. Refuses to provide the "100% refund if customer is not satisfied" lie that they advertise on their website. They are arguing I am not entitled to a refund stating that I am "unprofessional" for directly addressing it with them and requesting the refund for the services they did not provide. I paid for publishing for a book. They did not produce OR publish a book in my name. I am also noticing that the bad reviews are being pulled down instead of addressed by the company. I will continue to work with Trustpilot to show the information and keep these reviews up so that we can prevent others from having the same experiences. UPDATE: No one has reached out to me from the company, other than to attempt twice to take down this review. ********************************************************* Its really weird that this company has so many positive reviews because word of mouth suggests otherwise. Could it be that the writing company is writing their own reviews? Not to mention, this organization has been flagged as a SCAM in just about every single writing community resource list I have seen (and read too late). I wish I would have seen that sooner and I would have completely avoided my experience. I just left a similar review over at Creative Writers Hub, since this company operates under two different names (red flag). They are really great, kind, and convincing up front, even during the program - until you hold them accountable for their bad business practices, complete disrespect for the customer, lying, stealing, and they do NOT have a money-back guarantee as they advertise on their website. They change stories. They gaslight. They do everything they can do to get your money and then you, as the customer, no longer matter. Hidden costs, deception, and poor work. I stupidly allowed my bill to crawl all the way up to 10k, all because I wanted to have my dream of seeing my story published. The vision was allegedly clear and a plan would be set, but then there was ALWAYS another cost. They charged me for an Yahoo article that was supposed to be shared all over the world, but strangely was ONLY shared in India... hmm. When I communicated with them about it, they lied. They operate under two names, Creative Writing Hub, and American EBook Writers and though it says on their profile on the California Business Bureau that they operate in Fresno, CA, there are several overseas "offices." Ben told me that Daniel and Brian no longer worked at the agency BECAUSE of me, and then both miraculously showed up in the next business meeting. They will not allow you to meet the ghost writer, which is not best practice. They will not enter into an actual contract with you, even though it is advertised on their website. Newbie writers - please just go to Reedsy or find a writing coach locally. Don't trust these folks because they don't have your back. As a human trafficking survivor, I was treated like CRAP, my vulnerabilities exploited, and I was frauded and scammed. They are slick and know exactly what they are doing to exploit others in such a way that my previous bank fell for it. Just don't do it. Feel free to reach out if you have any similar stories. I've already gathered a small group of us who have had these experiences. You're not alone.

GBKeep a close eye on them and their promises. I'm working with them for two books that they are supposed to promote and sell 1200 copies of each one. We started on September 2021 and for now, nothing as results. Meanwhile, they made me pay more for selling the hard copies of these two books in the bookstores across the U.S. Nothing as sale report either. I'm in contact with them, and they repeat their commitments and promises and ask for more time. I will see soon how they will act for their paid commitments and keep posted here about them and what they are doing. You can also reach out if you have a similar experience so that we could exchange our experience about this company.

GBAmerican eBook Writers I want my money… American eBook Writers accounts payable; I want my money refunded regarding your inadequate FAKE service. You have failed to answer any of my emailed correspondence? There is evidently rep's in your service who come and go, with FAKE names! (Anyone considering to use this writing/publishing service please avoid at all costs because it's one of the biggest writing scams on earth.) People are also employed to give FAKE positive reviews on Trust pilot!? I'm calling out on journalists to investigate the directors of this company so they are named and shamed. You will not prevail!!!! Trust Pilot should also stipulate a huge WARNING to potential new customers.

GBJourney to Spiritiouness- Journey to Spiritiouness- I worked on this book for years. Everyone who’s read it has given it five stars. It cost over £1000.00 to edit it then £3000.00 to publish it and I’m supposed to get 30%royalties so how come I receive just 10 pence on average per book that’s sold. If I had known this was going to happen I would never have published my book with American ebook writers.
