We are a small business and found… We are a small business and found SureFire local. They helped us get our Google business page set up and create a custom website. We worked with Sean and Tiffany and they were very helpful. We ran into a financial issue with our company and called SureFire and they had many different options to try and help us make it work. They deal primarily with small businesses so they are very understanding when we couldnt make it work. They were amazing to work with and professional, knowledgeable and kind in both our onboarding and exit process. We will definitely recommend them to other businesses!

Stop harassing me please. Riley has harassed me even after being asked to place me on the do not call list. If I tell you, “put me on your do not call list”, that is not an invitation to start texting me snide remarks.

Would not recommend this company total… Would not recommend this company total waste of time and money and very dishonest sales reps. And will try to continue billing after canceling. I was a customer your company is very dishonest and I would never use your service again.

Don’t be fooled by paid reviews. Don’t be fooled by the incentivized and paid reviews. This “team” made false promises of what they were going to deliver. Three months in and I’m about to have to call my bank to dispute several charges that they continue to make to my account, even though I called and emailed asking to resolve it separately. Sean was my nonexistent “account manager” and Amanda was the “website lead.” Again, I advise this company to either make things right with an unsatisfied customer, or just stop trying to fool people altogether with a very basic software and no customer service. Don’t be fooled by the PAID reviews.

This company is only interested in your… This company is only interested in your money and never on the results they promise. $4k gone, three months of time wasted, and not a single phone call. Do yourself a favor, Youtube what you need to do and spend the 10 hours a month doing it.
