CANo factory to visit I spoke with his manager. She said they cant meet in toronto because they are not there. i let her knkw i was not impressed by this because Michael had told me they are based in Toronto and so i had booked a flight. She said that they work remote but that the factory is indeed in Toronto. But said there is no one there that can sort of walk me around. It sounds like they are just outsourcing. i tried to push for it i was like “well i can still go to the factory myslef” and thats when she said there is no one who could walk me around. My feeling is that it is not their factory and they dont want me to see cause they fear we would just go to them directly.

GBBroken motion activated sound… I ordered a motion activated sound module and that same day I received a shipping notification.. Item came in a couple days later with a broken wire. After supplying a picture of the broken unit a new one was shipped out almost immediately. Some of the best and fastest customer service I have ever had!
