This app used to pay instantlyntly with… This app used to payout instantly with no issues but now with this new system of verifying your phone number makes it harder. One of my referral had the same issue now when I'm ready its telling me my phone# is not valid. I reach out to their support system which took 3 days to respond did what they said even sent them 3 screenshots of the issue and it's basically a week now with no response. So apparently, I won't be able to cash out the points that I've worked so hard for. When the issue is fixed I'll change my review. Review UPDATED Shortly after I wrote the above review I received an email that my account has been verified. I have redeemed my points. That's the feature point I know so I up my rating. Sadly it had to reach this far before someone could act on my behalf. Please fix the issue of the phone number can't be verified.

I've been using a FeaturePoints over 10… I've been using a FeaturePoints over 10 years. I've had no problems with my account and I've had many different phones and tablets and been able to log in without any problems. I've earned a few hundred dollars and haven't put in much time or effort - I earn mainly through referrals I got from Facebook. They use to have a 50/50 referral program now it's 10% for life so my earnings have went down a little bit. Used code 'momoney' to start off with $5 towards your cash out.

No Customer service here Their customer service doesn't respond to concerns addressed by email. My points were missing for games apps download and usage. But their reply email states we need to refer to the FAQ page which frankly doesn't solve specific issues.

Personal Experience Everything is good.But their Pending Point System for a long duration destroyed their app.I know security concern is important.But holding points for a long duration is not an option.Earning Potential is not that good because of pending point system.If an user choose this website/app for self earning source.Then he/she would not get more option of earning if we remove refer and earn option.

ok i got off it for about 3 weeks… ok i got off it for about 3 weeks because no surveys and they sent me a email saying them updated there site with better survey and that was a line of b.s i was back on there for 2 more months and nothing for me but they did have surveys even 1 or 5 mins one and nothing so theres nothing they can do i will not get back on there and one more thing there gift cards are high points like a 25 dollar one for walmart is 50,000 here so no DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE ARE BETTER ONES OUT THERE JUST LOOK
