GBScam, junk operation. Not even 1 new follower. To say my experience with Gramiety has been atrocious would be an understatement. After 11 days I have still yet to gain even one new follower. In fact, Gramiety has done litterally nothing except take my money. Their customer service team keeps giving me excuses as to why their engagement team has not starting working on our account. Unfortunately, my only means of communicating with them is via text. Sometimes my texts go unanswered for days, while other times they do not get responded to at all. The company says it is based in LA, but I believe they are farming out the work to the Philippines. In just 11 days, Instagram has shut down my account 2 times due to suspicious activity from the Philippines. The only ones who have my login info other than me are Gramiety. Coincidence? Unlikely. I will be calling my credit card company to hopefully reverse the charges for this scam junk operation. If you are an unsuspecting customer like I was and believing all their hype, DON'T! Stop right now and find another service provider. You'll save yourself money and a ton of time. It is NOT the service we're being led to expect.

GBAvoid at all costs. Many different employees communicate with you from the company about your account entirely separately, and you never know who it might be. They often contradict one another and have terrible miscommunication within the firm. What one employee tells you, might be the total opposite of what another tells you. They claim to care about your account and your growth, but they only want your money. Employees insist everything they do is "in house, USA based" yet other employees in the company have outright said that most of their services are outsourced to overseas. This company will risk getting your account banned as they use cheap labor from Phillipines & India to do engagements. Owner is a real piece of work who will cut you off if he changes a mind about a service that you previously have agreed on in writing. Shady business on all levels.

GBI was skeptical in the beginning if it… I was skeptical in the beginning if it would be a waste of money like I have experienced with other ”agencies” that I have used before, but here at Gramiety are working real people with a really good concept for me. They know what they are doing, and the results are great! Thank you, guys!

There are two things I love about the team at GRAMiety: 1. Customer support is best in industry. 2. They move with the changes in the industry and to me, that is one of the most important things they do outside always being available to me.
