They scammed me out of 200.00 I have no cards no shirts and have not started business because of this.. its gonna be worth the 80.00 when I take then to court. These people are disrespectful and have no regard to provide real service, they told me two weeks for refund, refuse to communicate told me if I post complaint they will not give review..I as consumer have the right to post dissatisfaction..you as a company dont get to scam me and keep my money. I have emails and recorded conversations..they deserve 0 stars

My experience with Premium Logo Designs… My experience with Premium Logo Designs has been an interesting and unique experience. I feel satisfied with the service and the professionals work ethic. I'm totally excited and happy about my launch of my website and the overall design of my online store. I look forward to continue working with Premium Logo Designs on my product distribution,marketing and my website.

They used my credit card to charge without authorization I paid to have a website done and agreed to have $579 charged to my business account. While working with the design team I received an invoice indicated PAID with an additional charge of $1000. I wrote to my contact stating I had not authorized the charge. I received a call from Travis who told me he was working on an email that would outline what the charge was for - one of the things was that it was for a 5 year agreement to host the site. I did not agree to the charge and based on how the website design was progressing I was not interested in getting tied up with the company for 5 years. This company took the credit card information I provided them for an authorized purchase and used it a 2nd time without authorization. Still trying to get this corrected. Be very wary about doing business with them. Make it clear you want everything in writing and that the company is not to charge your card without your authorization. I thought that was a standard in business anyway but apparently not with this company.

And if the company replies back on their reviews they can’t find you in their system it’s a lie so people on here are swayed away from the bad reviews. I wish I had read the reviews . They totally took your money up front , make crappy websites, gives you someone who can barely speak English . Then tell you you that you agreed to it when in fact you didn’t . After they kept getting my info and website wrong . I told them to cancel and they kept trying to dissuade me . Finally I sent in a email . And got a nasty email back they were keeping my money. Do not pay anything up front !! They do not refund. And do not deliver good service . I have taken my case to a attorney. And I am in the process of a doing a complaint with better business bureau . Consider yourself warned ! Please use another company.

Premium Logo Designs built a Website… Premium Logo Designs built a Website for me that is absolutely beautiful. I am so pleased with the Work that they did. Specifically, Ameelia Baker was my project manager. Ameelia is very professional and every modification that I asked her to do; she took care of it promptly. This was not my first experience with dealing with a website company, unfortunately Premium Logo Design helped me repair some things that a previous website had really did a horrible job on.
