411 LOCALS IS A SCAM Signed up in January, tried to cancel in March but they literally wouldn't let me, would just transfer my phone call indefinitely or say they'd cancel and didnt. Finally got officially canceled in April after I FROZE MY CREDIT CARD. They continuously call me every day, sometime up to 3 times in a day to solicit service, 6 months after I cancel. I beg them to stop harassing me and they just taunt me. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR 411 LOCALS, ITS A SCAM!!

We always relied on customers to recommend us and bring new customers but after the pandemic, we started losing customers. Dont do it to yourself Dont do it to yourself. They work sometimes, but ultimately its really some bull crap. Dont let them suck u in because certain things will be tied to them that u cant get back. Im a current customer been with them for about 8 years and im pretty much stuck and have hated them for about 7 years

I see all these bad reviews like bro pay attention your companies performance totally depends 10% on you and its that 10% that really makes a difference. They do the rest.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! They take your money for a service and then try to extort more out of you to actually fulfill their word! I’m currently working on a case to take them to court for 3rd party infringement! They completely stole my google business profile with over 20+ 5 star reviews and the majority of my business online foot traffic! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
