Customer service is just unacceptable… Customer service is just unacceptable for bridles of that price: They are unable to send spare parts (a nose band in that case) !! The leather quality is just normal. I will NEVER buy again.

Unfortunately the website wasn't working well when I ordered and I ended up getting charged 2x and receiving two shipments. PSoS was immediately responsive and quickly resolved the issue. nothing can i ask have you had any issues with "fake" bridles (not sold from yourself) i bought a so called Flying change bridle second hand but it looks more like the paladin - and has a silver clip on the noseband rather than the "thread through" noseband ? have you made any like this or do you think i may be a fake ? i have 2 of your other bridles the pioneer and the narik and love them!! never had a problem
