My account manager that helps me has been great and always available to answer questions. Lead quality and call transfers have been what I like best. GBI have used lots of crms I have used lots of crms, its almost there but lacks a lot... example: some basic info, like in the training videos it isn't very good at helping you set up your trulio number... and the communication that my coworker had when purchasing had to be double checked to be honored...
