GBTractorHouse is a great site. Herr and Leaman great used farm equipment dealer. Deer Country John Deere Dealer great dealer TractorHouse is a great site in my experience! It is easy to negotiate with abundant filters. I just bought a 2012 JD 83 HP tractor off of Herr and Leaman in Lancaster County, PA. I was very leery and hesitant about buying and shipping from another state, but I was very fortunate the first time around: #1. Read the reviews/check out seller's website. Some of the seller's have horrible reviews; on Google Maps, if the facility is a shed/empty lot/auction house buyer beware. #2. Herr and Leaman Farm Equipment are run by two older gentlemen, who are from the era of integrity, trust, and repeat customers. I have dealt subsequently after my tractor purchase buying flail mowers, grapples, sprayers, from other dealers, and some of these dealers are such a turn off. These two fellows are old school, and are 5 stars plus. Nice website, nice facility, they keep their equipment inside, easy to talk to etc. etc. They even had their favorite trucker call me to haul my purchase down to Florida. First impressions! #3. Hire the local farm equipment dealer's service tech to check out the equipment. Again, I lucked out with Deer Country John Deere Dealership in Manheim. Ashley with the Service Department knew exactly what I wanted, service tech Charles even called me on my cell and went through the few findings on the tractor, and with a fine tooth comb ( found a "pinhole opening in the rear window gasket with a spec of rust" - what a tech!!!) I hope all of you will have the same experience I had! I do wish that TractorHouse would ban advertisers who have horrible ratings, commit fraud, etc. When you have so many negative ratings because you won't address the issue ( bad vendors), that's not good.

GBWe sell more new and used ag equipment… We sell more new and used ag equipment via Tractor House then anything else we do. People call from all over America to talk about, learn about and buy our equipment we post on Tractor House. It works for us.

GBIf they make an ERROR -- TOO BAD, you pay! I paid a hefty $200 to advertise an older tractor and 4 Implements - 2 weeks into the ad, I Only had the tractor and frontend loader to sell. Trevor my ad rep agreed to make the changes and advertise a new lower price. He left up pictures of all the implements that should have been removed with the new lower price. We received numerous calls from people thinking they could buy the tractor and all implements for the new lower price - We didnt realize the error until our last week of ads. Contacted Trevor who admited his mistake but told me it helped me because I got more calls. He also blamed me for not calling sooner. I spoke with his manager Taren, who explained how they have so many ads, they may make mistakes - I wanted an extra week of advertising or some small compensation for their inability to get an ad right. Very disapointed in the customer service at Tractor House Plenty of other places to advertise for much less money!
