10/10 customer service meant everything… 10/10 customer service meant everything was implemented within a day. The speed at which issues were resolved was remarkable. It allowed me not to get hung-up on issues which was a welcome change from the support that most plugins offer. Definitely recommend.

I'm always a little hesitant when purchasing a new plugin for my sites, especially when I've never heard of them before, but the Upsell Plugin is brilliant, I love what it can do and the guy behind it, well what can I say, his support is second to none. I think Eric works almost 24/7 lol!

The Upsell Plug-in is Awesome! This plugin has been everything that I was looking for selling my online courses and digital products through my WordPress site. It's inexpensive and easily integrates with stripe and my active campaign auto responder. It is extremely flexible and works fantastic for my opt-ins, check out forms, upsells, membership subscriptions and payment plans. Best of all, the customer support has been fantastic! I highly recommend it.

Attention - suspected fraud Attention - suspected fraud I purchased the plugin on 22/02. Unfortunately, the plugin is not functional to my needs, and I therefore asked for a refund after a few days, as foreseen by their policies. Following the instructions on their site (contact form) I requested them a refund on 26/02, but did not receive any feedback. Again, I contacted them on 01/03, no feedback. I will report the payment to my bank as fraud.
