Poor Customer service I was at work when I got the call so I answered n after talking to the rep for abt 3 min I asked the rep to call me back the time that I had given them bt yet it been 6days and still no call

Good service They gave me 3 contacts, one called me and the other two I had to contact. There wasn't much contrast between the three; similar services for similar prices. It did, however; let me know that the company I currently have seems to be the best of the four, so I stayed with them instead of choosing another company. I liked the service but I think it would be better if the contacts you send were different from each other so you would have more of a basis to make a decision.

No one wants to give me a 12 month… No one wants to give me a 12 month quote. There is nothing to compare. I am looking for a home warranty for a real estate sale, and not a monthly rate. The buyer wants the seller to pay, and he will only pay at the closing.
