GBPoor Customer Service They outsource to China and any problems they say it's the Vendors fault. No it's THEIR fault as they pick the vendor not me and they take no responsibility even when they make promises. Yes, design is great and coin great but now I've paid for mold and to go to a real company will cost me and I don't make MILLIONS like they brag. Will not make another coin with them.

GBIf there had not been such a design … If there had not been such a design delay,I would have given a 5 star rating.Once the design was done and I approved the proof, everything went quickly and smoothly.The finished product is fantastic and far exceeded my expectations!

GBNot a good experience Not a good experience...I've purchased a couple of coins from this company in the past and all went well. However, this there were a couple of hiccups that turned into an unsatisfying conversation. It was pretty clear they didn't want my business, so I'm going elsewhere.
