Customer Service was surprisingly great I usually only write Review, if someting s gone really bad. But in this case i wanna make a Review because the customer Service was great to find an individual Solution for me. Didnt expect that, after i read some reviews here. A complete waste of money A complete waste of money. They simply follow literally anybody hoping someone will follow back. Do not even bother to add relevant accounts. Lots of shady accounts added as well. Since all accounts they followed are completely irrelevant and useless i had to waste more time unfollowing them. WORST EVER

Believe the reviews Believe the reviews. I signed up because some of the features such as whitelisting and auto unfollow stood out to me, however, after paying $80, I got no followers. Instead, I got an email offering an extension "until our dev team resolves this" and "That way you can wait until this has been fully resolved." And that was after 10 days of service. To make matters worse, I just cancelled and instagram all of the sudden won't load on any of my devices (computer or phone) regardless of whether I use wifi or 5g. YouTube works, Gmail works, everything but Instagram works. Did Nitreo get me blocked from the platform? How do I follow up on the business conversations I had going? This is undoubtedly the worse decision I've ever made regarding the health of my Instagram account.

Honest Review for Musicians I've been working on and off with nitreo for a few years now. I think they are a genuine and great service. Provided, you need to know how to use them.
