Beware: Product and customer service inferior The photo of the wig I ordered is nothing at all like the product I received. It’s a mass of unstyled hair. My request to return was denied. Their calculation was that it was 6 business days since a late afternoon delivery, which should not count as the first business day. This happened during the Christmas and new years holidays timeframe. I am a chemotherapy patient. I cannot take this wig to have it cut and styled by a professional. We are in a pandemic and my being immuno compromised I just cannot take the risk. This company has zero understanding of customer satisfaction. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I ordered my wig in a size large and… I ordered my wig in a size large and sometime after I ordered I got a notice that it was on the way which was followed by a notice saying that it wouldn’t be there until the end of March. I needed it badly due to head cancer surgery so I contacted customer support and was able to get it in an average. So I now have A very beautiful wig which is the wrong size and has very strict return guidelines. I guess it was a sad waste of my money.

The wig I received looks nothing like… The wig I received looks nothing like the photo. The length is also not like the photo the ends are thin and stringy. It’s horrible! They charge your card before you receive your item. I know why now..I paid 165.00 for a wig I’m embarrassed to give my daughter-in-law who has cancer. Horrible!! Still waiting on customer service to get back with me on returning this item.. You did charge me prior to receiving the item. Also, I did not do a charge back but I appreciate you giving me the advice to do so.

Wigs not what they look like in the catalog Don’t know yet how much money will be taken off for returns but my experience was very good I ordered a wig and returned it without much trouble.I was disappointed when I put the wig on my head and your supposed to just put it in place with your fingers ho ho ho what you really need is the same beautician that Raquel Welsh uses then maybe it will look good on you too!

Great Experience Our experience shopping with Headshop Wigs was very good. Our order got here quickly. They have a wide variety of products some that are hard to find. I particularly like that they carry Christina Headwear. They are the absolute best head scarfs.
