They strive for customer satisfaction Trying to start a very small business. I am not expecting to make every much. When I initially called the guy I spoke to told me everything was included, even logo work. That was not entirely true. I picked a mid-level plan. I ended up getting a new person to work with and we had had to work out some misinformation from the initial person. But she was wonderful working with me on the project. We're almost finished and they've really tried to give me awesome work and keep me happy.

I started my business in January and… I started my business in January and was looking for someone to design my website. I googled web design and Webby came up in my search. I reached out and was immediately connected to someone to talk about what I was looking for. Ethan Stevenson was that person. I had no experience with building a website and all the other parts it takes to get branded and noticed on the many internet platforms. Ethan has taken my hand and explained everything, every step of the way. Just 3 months into this process and Ethan has my website showing up on the first page of Google search. In addition if anyone is searching for my expertise, I show up on all the social media sites at the top or close to the top of every search. I am so grateful to Ethan and Webby Design Studio for everything that is being done to make my business take off. I will continue to work with this wonderful team, especially Ethan and I highly recommend anyone that is looking for exceptional work, to contact Webby Design Studio.

They are not who they say they are EDITED TO SAY: the below response by the “company” is also disingenuous and I was contacted and requested to remove the review, which I almost considered, but the reality is that I did not want anyone else to fall victim to the same circumstances we did. It’s awful that you are making all these claims of professionalism when I have several screenshots of complete harassment and direct requests to be left alone. You’re no company, you’re a group of guys or relatives 2-3 who happen to know how to design a website.. and solicit money daily for unrequested services. I considered your apology when you called, but now that you’ve publicly indicated that my review is by any means “defamatory” when it is true. I will absolutely not delete it. One of your “company” men called me several times back to back in a matter of seconds, and when I said I was not interested in any soliciting for the day and that I needed to tend to my screaming child, he told me that disconnecting the call would make me “unprofessional” when I disconnected anyway, he called back another 3 times within those seconds. Stop pretending to be an established company. The response to this review is by far the most concise and understandable use of the English language that has been used in any communication with you. They are not who they say they are, do not be deceived. They are money-hungry family members and solicitors based out of foreign lands claiming to be an American company and business. They understand nothing you tell them, they are extremely rude and immensely unprofessional. They text you every day, several times a day in broken English to solicit more money. I personally, have asked via email and text and phone call to stop being contacted, but I think the guy thinks it’s funny. He still messages me constantly. I’ve paid about $2,000 to this scammer. When I was initially quoted a one time fee of about $450. Absolutely avoid this scam.
