Facing Problem when I gone for add VCC on us paypal Service is good ..but i order an bcc to us paypal.but i cant add in my PayPal then i complained to paytocc mail ...then they give me another VCC but still i cant ad it on my pp...when i gone for add vcc card there are showing a notification " This PayPal is already Added on Another PayPall "....without that service is good

Poor customer service and no response… Poor customer service and no response to emails. I bought PayPal account which I couldn't login into. I have been sending emails but no response from them. Deal with them well knowing that you'll never get any kind of support from them.

i ordered paypal account and asked for… i ordered paypal account and asked for assistance but he never responded over 4weeks.i paid over 70$. i previously ordered 2 items from his store and he delivered.so he his legit but poor with customer service. Admin try to improve on that.

Strange Fail in Order Page today I order some items, and my payment done and transaction confirmed and paytocc shows thanks your payment done successfully also same on blockonomic link in payment page on Paytocc and my wallet, now after hours it shows strange message: Unfortunately your order cannot be processed as the originating bank/merchant has declined your transaction. Please attempt your purchase again. also I sent email and contact form but many times I hear nothing from them, I want to hear from them why?
