Delivered as promised Matthew DuHaime came through as promised. There were some requirement updates that hadn't been done to the website but that was minor. The bank couldn't provide a funding option for me but Matt and Wade from Bank Breezy offered me a couple options and helped me further narrow down terms and amounts that were a better fit for me. Yes, the interest is higher than what banks offer but I wasn't able to get a bank offer. I knew what to expect thanks to Matt and everything was straight forward.
