Best smelling products! Best smelling shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in conditioner ever! Lingers all day. I am still working on the perfect amount of the leave-in conditioner for my hair. I don't use a lot, but sometimes it's too "stiff" or still a lot of frizz and wacky hair. Can't use too much, otherwise it's like using hair spray for me.

I'm a huge fan! I love the shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, detangle spray & especially the beautifully fragranced hair jelly. I have natural wavy hair that literally woke up after my first application. My curls are much more defined, smoother and even shiny. These products basically brought back elasticity after I began obtaining hair color treatments for grey, years ago. I'm a huge fan and stocked up even though it's so easy to order or purchase in selected stores. Just so I have it!

Great products but was overcharged for… Great products but was overcharged for shipping and taxes which, when brought to their attention, they completely ignored me. My total order amounted to $54 dollas (one conditioner, one leave in conditioner, curl jelly and detangling spray) plus $40 shipping which I was quite happy to pay. I did not however expect to pay an additional £64 import tax on such items, which upon inspection of the parcel, was because they had labelled the contents wrong. The items in the parcel did not amount to $288 dollars, like it stated on the label on the side of the package. Had the package been labelled correctly, the actual import tax I would of had to pay, was £8, not £64. Not impressed and will not be buying from them again

I have not received my ordered product… I have not received my ordered product yet and I ordered several weeks ago :( Nor have I received any updates about delays in shipping. That's a lot of money to have out there and not know when I'll get what I ordered!

I had an ordinar yexperience with… I had an ordinar yexperience with manyethnicites.com which announced to provide high-quality ethnic products. The products were mostly good with some minor issues here and there. The buying process was almost smooth and customer service was pretry responsive. However, the delivery part could have been better. The delivery partner could have been more reliable and improved their delivery knowledge to avoid confusions. All-in-all, it was an alomst satisfactory experience with this company.
