Impressive wigs and service I'm really impressed by this company so far. This is my second Kinky Curly wig from XRS. I was skeptical about trying a new company but my first order went smoothly and the quality and description matched the website and YouTube videos. As some of the reviews have stated, the customer service is particularly good. I had a problem with my FedEx delivery, and the company contacted FedEx on my behalf. Good quality hair, thin lace that doesn't feel like it's going to rub your edges off, and full density that still looks natural.

Fast shipping, quality HD lace Fast shipping, quality hd lace (ripples, obviously lol), hair was soft and true to length and density. my only issues, and why i didn't give it 5 stars, was that the hair had a lot of those weird little fuzzy things, in the sunlight some of the hair was almost a bright red, and when flat ironing the hair some bits burned like synthetic hair. otherwise good wig to literally throw on your head when you get it... may have to rebleach the knots though.

Bob cut wig, delivery, box the wig came in My unit is beautiful and I love it. The customer service was responsive with my concerns about why my unit delivery was late. As for DHL, the delivery service, they were not responsive to my concerns of not receiving any updates, which is a disappointment. Also, the box was damaged with one corner was torn, another disappointment. Makes me wonder if they tampered with my purchase. I hope the next unit I just ordered will be provided with better service.

TRASH HAIR I spent almost 400 on a full lace wig from this company and it is trash after the first wash its just constantly matted in the middle and u detangle to style and the hair comes out by the globs and they erased my review on their website so do not waste your money with this company they are frauds it arrived at my house like March 4 or sumthng
