GBLove LuxHair Wigs I have purchased several of the Sleek Bob wigs in various colors and I absolutely love them. I get so many compliments on them and people cannot believe I am wearing wigs. UPDATE OF MY REVIEW: I purchased two wigs from LuxhairNOW on March 1 (the same day I gave this review). I paid in full the same day I ordered. Today is March 21 and after sending 3 emails and attempting to call the customer service number they provide (not in service) I have no response, no wigs nor any refund on my purchase. I am so so disappointed I could cry. Was so looking forward to getting my new wigs and I can't even get in touch with anyone to find out what happened.

GBCustomer service Selections great however website not so helpful. Order did not give an estimated delivery date. Delay in response to order. Would like to see wig options in more than one color not just the color swatches.

CAConfirmation process Have not received order yet however suggest there is a way to track order. Got confirmation of order but no link to track shipment. Website is pretty low tech as well. Color swatches are very small. Most sites have a full model pic of each colour. Looking forward to receiving my orders.

GBstill Waiting I had no qualms about the web page and ordering except I would like to choose a color and see a picture of that color on the style I'm considering. Would help somewhat when choosing color. Otherwise the ordering process was easy. I couldn't give it a 5 until I actually get my order. Excited hope I'm not let down. UPDATE: I never received my order. I ordered 3 different styles. A couple of weeks after I ordered, I got an email saying my order was on back order with no delivery date. After another 2 weeks. I sent them an email canceling the order. Now I am waiting on my refund. Sooooo disappointed !!!
