Perfecr color, perfect messy bun I ordered a messy bun, when I received it, the color was too light and it seemed like a lot of hair since I am very petite. I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful. Not only did they replace the bun with a darker shade, they let me get the smaller bun as well. The new one arrived extremely fast and it was perfect! I couldn't be happier with this company and their products. The bun looks so natural I'm wearing it to my daughters wedding!!

Very happy. I received my messy bun within a few days of ordering, great color match & great quality. Decided to purchase another bun. When ordering I neglected to hit enter on the promo code. I emailed them & they immediately refunded the difference. Great product and great customer service.
