I have submitted a claim with the BBB that they have FAILED to respond with. LOOK AT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!! THEY ARE NOT LISTED AS A REPUTABLE COMPANY STRAIGHT FROM THE WEBSITE! To anyone who wants an HONEST review, please feel free to email me Ericaljuarez08.at.gmail.com(remove the .at. and replace it with the symbol). I can provide you with actual screenshots of them charging me as well as the ghosting. They stole my money after I confronted them about having me purchase another package when I was supposed to give a flat fee. Check them out on the Better Business Bureau(They've never responded to any of the claims against them). They are also listed on a website known for exposing con artists. I was convinced they were legitimate when they worked with me for up to two months. But the MOMENT they asked for me to pay for the ISBN with a $800 package they started back tracking until they even finally stopped responding to me entirely. I'm in a merchant dispute with them and have been fighting them for months to get my money back. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Do not listen to ANYTHING Jason, Noah, Mike, or Harry say! They went as far as to talk crap to strangers about the people they've screwed over. I'm STILL waiting for them to honor their 'money back guarantee'. I have been nothing but nice and civil with these people until they started ghosting me. I will make it my mission to ensure EVERYONE knows about them! They think that ignoring me will make me go away, but I will NEVER go away. My petty levels can thrive off of being wronged for YEARS. This could have been avoided if they simply refunded my money and done away with me.
