GBAt first I was a little hesitant to order.. At first I was a little hesitant to order because I didn't know if your product (After trying so many) would really help. I had tried so many different Shampoo's and Conditioner's for my thin/thinning hair. But I was wrong, your product has changed everything for me! My hair feels and looks so much better and I can even see the little hairs that I had lost, coming up in my center part. I will definitely be ordering some more Shampoo and Conditioner. Thank you for giving me my confidence back!

CADo Not Order They charged me more for the second order of the subscription. The package was never delivered and I wasn't notified that they tried so they're saying it was returned to sender. They are not refunding me $87 because they don't cover return shipping and fees. This is a scam the product didn't work and they have bad customer service.

GBI love the Lash & Brow Grow Kit I love the Lash & Brow Grow Kit! My eyebrows and lashes slowly began to get thinner and thinner; I ordered the Grow Kit and it works. It's easy to apply; I usually do so every night just before bed. I have been using the treatment for about 5 weeks now; my lashes are thicker and I’m beginning to see growth in my brows. I'm looking forward to fuller, longer lashes and brows!!!

CAMy hair stopped falling out or at least… My hair stopped falling out or at least stopped breaking. I used to get a handful after brushing, now next to nothing. My hair feels softer in general and the products smell great. Highly recommend.

GBCustomer service is disappointing Customer service is trash! I told them on 18th April that I won't be in UK after April, and they told me to update the shipping date to the earliest. So I changed it to 19th April and I was hoping that they would ship it before May. Guess what, I got notification that it would be shipped on 3rd May. When I contacted them back they said, we can't tell the exact date of shipping beforehand. So if you can't tell, shouldn't you be honest that I might not receive it even if I change the shipping date to the earliest? I also requested them to deliver it before May, to which they never responded. So I unsubscribed it, upon which I received an email asking why did I do it. The audacity... I explained the whole scenario and was expecting them to do something about it, and I also requested them to delete my account. They said nothing and simply went ahead with the account deletion. Basically that two month supply would be useless to me. There go my 88 pounds :') ...
