I don't understand the bad reviews I don't understand the bad reviews. This is definitely human hair. Incase people don't know the hair comes super shiny because it's coated in a silicone..you need to wash it. This is my first topper and I'm blown away! Highly recommend uniwigs. I got the Courtney as it was the cheapest option but it looks and feels expensive. The postage was super fast! I also read bad reviews about the hair being shipped from China..uniwigs factory is there..if you do your research you will see it's all very legitimate. I will be purchasing from here yearly to update my hair.

I did it!!! I did it! I purchased my first human hair topper from Uniwigs. I can't stress enough what a confidence booster this is. For my first topper I went with Kaylee light density because it is closer to my natural density which has always been thin and fine. But my next one I plan on venturing out and having a little fun lol. Just watch all the endless videos on YouTube, seeing is believing. It really is that easy to have that beautiful head of hair you long for. I'm working towards my next purchase now!!

I purchased a new full lace monofilament wig from UniWigs and attempted bleaching it and it absolutely will not lighten. I'm not sure what they use to color their human hair but it has to be some type of fabric dye because this is not how hair should behave when interacting with bleach. Basically you're paying for a fake synthetic heavily coated " " human hair wig. Waste of $1,000, save your money

I had to return a topper to exchange… I had to return a topper to exchange for another color. I was told I was approved to exchange for another color. However, I'm unable to get a response from Uniwig on a delivery time. My exchange took place on 11/5/23 and it's now 11/14/2023 with no update on delivery all I get is a email saying it has not been process. It's been 9 days. Not happy with the customer service provided.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I've purchased so many toppers from Uniwigs, but today had a problem with checking out and then had to change my order after I paid. Bethany helped me get through the checkout process (there was a glitch), then emailed me that I didn't get my birthday voucher included, then helped me changed my order after I had already paid. She was so nice, professional and helpful. Best customer service I've had in a long time and such a pleasure.
