Uniwigs Customer Support Amazing customer service where these ladies helped me through the process, of choosing peice and getting the right colour. You don't realise how losing your hair affects everything about you, especially your confidence. Their encouragement and assistance has restored so much of me that I lost to illness and gave me a new lease of life! They put up with all my queries, complaints, changes, worries and made it so nice for me to go forward. These ladies are so supportive and kind and just made everything go so smooth! (Bethany, Lalane, Beth and Bella were outstanding ❤️). The topper was perfect, beautiful and perfect colour and style with great quality human hair. Highly recommended 👌

A very good decision. I ordered my first uniwigs topper and it was a very good decision!!! I have chosen Amber topper in colour Mousse brown and after putting it on, my thin hair, my whole face has changed. The density of 120% is perfect, the children who I work with every day said i had been to a hairdresser's and my new hair and new colour look really nice. - they always tell the truth 😉 Next topper from uniwigs will be bought very soon.

All other companies silk toppers tend… All other companies silk toppers tend to have extremely dark long roots on their blonde pieces and I didn't want to keep having to use root spray on my bio hair to blend with the toppers. The topper i bought matches my bio hair perfectly and it is so silky soft and great quality! I am about to purchase two others now!

I had to return a topper to exchange… I had to return a topper to exchange for another color. I was told I was approved to exchange for another color. However, I'm unable to get a response from Uniwig on a delivery time. My exchange took place on 11/5/23 and it's now 11/14/2023 with no update on delivery all I get is a email saying it has not been process. It's been 9 days. Not happy with the customer service provided.
