GBCustomer Support lost a customer.. I had an issue with delivery as the bottle leaked. It's really a bad product design, you should ship it with a cap and put the trigger in later. Reached out to customer service and they were not easy and blaming me. All I wanted was a smaller bottle to make up for the loss or a refund that matched the third of the bottle that got lost. They said they would ship something but have never received anything. So they lost a customer because of poor customer service.

GBBody wash could have been a little… Body wash could have been a little better. Not all natural ingredients are good, is what I heard. I didn't have a problem with them so yeah. Conditioner needs to be bigger than the shampoo! Face wash was rather drying & there's no moisturizer to go with it!!

GBCustomer Service I placed an order for my grandson for Christmas& just after I placed the order I received an email stating first time customers get a 25% discount on their first order.I didn’t know the promotion started a few hours after my order was placed so I wrote to the company to see if I could get the discount & I did(they refunded my card) Thank you to to them, especially in today’s economy, it does definitely make a difference!!

GBBlackwood for Men Shampoo Blackwood for Men: I have been using Shampoo for close to a year now. I ordered based on a good deal and the ingredients I found intriguing. My personal experience is just that-my own and you may have similar results. The Shampoo Daily care has definitely increased hair growth-it was expected to cleans the pores and open up follicles allowing more hair to grow in existing follicles. That is a true statement and I can see multiple hairs in a single follicle which is the ultimate goal. The other positive feature - you don't need to use a lot for a good lather. I do a second shampoo and leave on 3 min or mor and you can feel the tingling. YES buy this product.
