GBWait time has been an issue with… Wait time has been an issue with customers as they have complained to the office they call and can't get through is on hold for 20-25min and customers end up calling our home instead of sitting on hold. This would be only thing that would suggest that recurring issue.

GBYou don't send invoice out in a timely… You don't send invoice out in a timely manner!! The girls in the office in Pittsfield are great. But the billing department is dropping the ball.. falling asleep at the switch.. this is an on going thing.
