Kevin Kevin, did a great job listening to me and completing the project, quick response time. However this wasn't my experience with Joe Wells. He did not get to me quickly, would take more then 24 hrs to make simple changes. So the top portion of rating is for Kevin but he only finalized it, he did not create it. I wish I would better things to say, but cant at this time

I have nothing but positive things to… I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Worked with Frank Martin and he absolutely killed my animation logo. Wasn’t expecting how perfect it was gonna turn out but Frank and the team nailed it perfectly! Definitely will come back to these guys in the future.

I’ve got a Winning Logo now. Hazel did two Logos for me and I love them both. Besides that, she has the patience of a saint. Brent is now working on a website for me. He’s a pleasure to work with as well. This is my first website and we’ve even laughed over it.

Solicitation Attempts for Legal Assistance with Trademark Application The group designing my logo did a great job. Unfortunately, the Logoprofz legal department ruined everything! Jonathan Victor, a paralegal at Logoprofz attempted to get me to pay for legal services by providing false information. He stated that some other company applied for the same trademark name on January 6, 2023 that I applied for on October 11, 2022 and stated that I needed my application to include an attorney. I checked with USPTO and the only applicants required to have an attorney are companies outside the continental US. Jonathan also said the IRS and some other entity needed to review my application and if they don't, USPTO would reject my application. I contacted USPTO and they said the IRS has no involvement whatsoever in USPTO matters. The USPTO stated that this was a red flag solicitation attempt and that I should cease all communication with Jonathan Victor. I will also be providing this review on Yelp which has only four reviews... all one (1) star reviews.
