Scam Alert!!! Scam Alert: Do yourself a favor and don't even consider it. Jumper Media has charged my company for almost a full year, provided no service at all and refuses to refund for the months provided no service for. There is nowhere to cancel your subscription on your own and they did not answer emails or calls for months. When we finally got in touch, like another review on here, they try to upsell you once you catch them lol. They would have kept charging forever unless I caught onto this. It's pretty insane. Do not believe the fake 5 star reviews. I have never dealt with anyone more unprofessional in my entire life. Hope this helps someone!

Jumper has helped us so much through this time of Covid-19! Jumper has been such a huge help for us during this slow down in business due to Covid-19. They have been able to continue targeting our business’s demographic so that the traffic to our Instagram account has not slowed one bit! Jumper obviously went through some… Jumper obviously went through some issues when Instagram changed a lot of things over the past few months... but there werent ANY working growth solutions and no one was working harder than they were to find a solution. I'm glad I stuck around, because their new growth by hand solution is working flawlessly :) growing 1-2k followers the past 2 months as a beta tester for them.
