I get wigs all the time and this wig wasn’t good for the price. It was badly cut, hair wasn’t soft at all , for 20inches it was very sparse and was more like 16-18 and when I asked for a return the seller said just wash and condition it, it will be beautiful , like no I asked for a return not how to wash the wig. The seller also hasn’t responded to me all day with the return information so who knows if I’ll even be able to

Length is also true to size mentioned on website. Time line , from time you order to time delivered maximum 5 days I think. Love this piece and getting lots of compliments on it.
