GBGoes the extra mile I am long over due in sharing my review of pure spa.com. Our spa has been using this company, (Tara specifically) for all of our equipment, furniture and linen needs since 2012. When I call or email Tara with a quick description of what we need, she quickly gives us some choices and price ranges to choose from. We are very busy and do not have a lot of time to research what is the newest and most popular equipment or multi-functions, mag lamps and motorized beds. She does all the homework and provides us with the most current options available along with quick processing and attentive customer care for all our locations. We trust pure spa implicitly to place the best equipment and supplies into our busy practice.

GBBest customer service in the industry I am always looking for the best deals when buying for the spa. But I have questions, a lot of questions, and sometimes the answers are not easy to find. Many of the local reps don't get back to me or the catalog companies have reps that take orders but can't help me with specific questions I have about protocols or treatments. I love Pure spas team because they genuinely seem to care about my business and keeping me as a customer. If they don't know the answer to my question, one of them calls me back immediately with the information. And they are so nice about it too. I love this company because they understand great customer service.

GBNo smell, Great consistency, Beautiful results! I ordered the black lash tint in the original gold/orange box. Everything about it was very clear and simple to use. I am very happy with the results. Little to no smell so no irritation near the eyes as well as a great consistency so not runny product. The order came on time and with no issues. I will definitely re-order.

CAgood selection and products, needs different shipping company internationally. Need to be aware if "organic" is certified or not. Pure spa direct has great products, but sometimes they don't let you know something is not in stock till after you order and don't deduct shipping. Uses UPS for international shipping; for example, duty is $75 on an order of $125 (canada tax is only $13%). DHL would be a much better option. If you are an international buyer, consider these excessive fees. Purchased "organic" emu oil, which I later found out was not organic. This issue was rectified and a note was placed on the website stating that it was not organic. Proper product labeling goes a long way (I would not have purchased it if I had known, but at least I was refunded and other potential buyers will have the info).
