Theradome WORKS!! Hello! This is my first review ever written. I am 60 years old and a white woman. I bought the Theradome to help with my thinning parts around my hairline. I have always had long hair and have always pulled it back in a low ponytail. I absolutely without a doubt can see all the new growth when my hair is flying around in the wind from summer. I also get PRP treatments from my nurse practioner. Once of again, the Theradome works. I use it nightly while watching my phone and have done so for almost two years.

Hair follicle plumper from Helmet Use! I’ve used the helmet for about 2 years. I also take biotin and use Rogaine. It all seems to be working quite well - the helmet definitely makes my hair follicle plumper, giving a fuller look and rubber bands that stay put!

Does not work for chronic telogen effluvium I have the Theradome now for 6 months without any results. I have been experiencing chronic telogen effluvium for 1,5 years now with daily shedding of more than 300 hairs. A trichologist adviced me LLLT and said that I should buy a Theradome. After a long time I bought the LH80 as I have thick hair. The device is not very comfortable as it has pointy things at the inside. This is not an issue if it would have helped, but after so many months I have zero results. It also does not cover the whole scalp. Only the top and a bit of the back in my case, but I have diffuse hair loss. This is not mentioned when you buy the design. The only thing I like is that it tracks how many treatments you have done and it gives you updates on how much time is remaining.

The helmet works as advertised The helmet works as advertised. Last November I decided to stop taking Finasteride and was worried about a known side effect of significant hair loss that many people reported when stopping that drug. So in Dec of 2024 I started using the helmet and found that the hair loss stopped and some of it is now returning. My hair is notably thicker, and I am thrilled to no longer be using Finasteride. So this was a Win-Win for me.
