The hair is so soft and full. I received 20 inch kinky curly hair. Barely any shredding. I been using west kiss awhile now. It looks and feel like top quality hair. I didn’t need to do anything but put it on. They sent me pictures of the wig before shipping it and let me tell you it was the same wig and the hair was beautiful when it got here

They made sure I had my last minute order here in time and even check on me throughout the whole process even after . My wig came pre-bleached, plucked, and even curled.
