GBI placed an order #458414 on the 28th… Giving 4 stars because there wasn’t any way for me to track the location of my package on their website. I hope they do something concerning this. Although it came 2 days earlier than the due date. Took 12 days to reach me. Delivery was faster and everything came nicely packaged. May

GBAmazing customer service! Amazing customer service!! I ordered a product and they had to refund me because they didn’t have it in stock. Then they found 3 and emailed me and texted me to be sure I was aware and able to receive them. They mailed them out that day and I received them 3 days later. They had to change the availability online for me to be able to order. And they were so kind and friendly!! They are wonderful!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

GBI have been a loyal customer for quite… I have been a loyal customer for quite some time. This last order I have yet to receive as well as no estimated date when it will arrive, I'm very disappointed because I never had to go through this before. I hope that this can be taken care of and that I can remain a loyal customer.

GBI like the quality of the hair I like the quality of the hair, and the price point is unbelievable! I did send an email prior to ordering because I was unsure of the color of the first wig I purchased. It turned out to be the wrong color. I didn't receive an answer, so that wasn't the most inspiring aspect in dealing with a new company for me. I managed to make the color work for me. In the end, I'm happy with my purchases, but I do think they should be responsive to customer inquiries.
