I love lange I have been buying Lange for years recently I made a big order that had gotten damaged through shipping and I didn’t get very many of the products that I ordered. So I contact Lange and they replaced every item no questions asked.. I’m proud to be a Lange customer not only is the customer service outstanding but their products are unbeatable and they smell like a dream.

I order product on a regular basis and… I order product on a regular basis and every third can of the dry shampoo does not spray but can’t get anyone to address issue. Still love the products but would appreciate follow through when there are issues.

Never received the products. I originally ordered the products on April 6th. There was an issue with my address (my fault). You kindly tried to resend the products on April 18th, but the tracking information shows that they haven’t left the originally scanned location and it’s now April 28th. I think I’m going to cancel and buy a different product from a local shop. I can’t wait anymore. I’ve heard good things about your products and am very disappointed.
