GBLigna will put an end your stigmas and bring efficienty to your biz We got the Ligna lifetime Agency plan back in July 2023. The Ligna core functionality has always worked very well One of the great things about Ligna (especially on the cheaper plan we're on), if you have Amazon SES/SNS or another separate mail service, you are not capped at a lower send limit by plugging in your own SMTP email or SMS services. One thing to note is that the plan says unlimited O365 emails. This is a bit misleading because sending campaign emails is actually against the O365 Terms of Service (ToS) agreement with Microsoft and get your account disabled. I think that needs to be removed from the wording or add a warning at a minimum. I recommend sending from an alternate domain name or Amazon SES not your official domain you do business with. The website builder is easy to use if whether you're a designer or not, but also you can import your own sites which we do from WebStudio that our designers use. The big win for us..It's nice to have everything in one place without the overwhelmingness of our original CRM. Ligna is purpose built. We spent 5x the price before discovering Ligna on a CRM/ERP that was just a headache trying to integrate everything with Pabbly and other tools where most of that functionality we paid extra for wasn't even used. Ligna works OOBE Jon was very responsive and helped us with silly questions about many things we had asked because we are a new Marketing Agency. The only issue we ran into after reaching out to support, we were unlucky that we were never able to get our corporate 800 number moved from GrassHopper to Ligna using the Plivo form. However, we are glad that didn't work out because I didn't realize at the time you can only receive calls while logged into Ligna. Since we simply just forward calls to voicemail, it worked out better for us in the end. The only other thing off hand is I couldn't get the payments to work, but we use ThriveCart because we have many Pabbly integrations already setup. I just setup the new feature for Worker Tasks and am amazed. I've said a lot, and I'm sure there is a lot left unmentioned.

We can replicate the design for one or more clients with this feature. Overall it is a all-in-one solution that can be used for CRM, lead generation, outreach, emails, text messages, affiliates management, landing pages and web design

GBGood Platform with many updates and… Good Platform with many updates and even greater potential. Room for improvement on customer service side as they have had some growing pains. All in all, it has been a good investment and looking forward to using it in the future. Update: Customer service is getting much, much better and had ticket responded to in minutes when I recently needed assistance.

PAIncredible potential with room for improvement While I have had some issues with getting things set up and some miscommunication with the team, the owner has been gracious and always looking to improve the system. I have given it 4 stars as I see incredible potential and price points allowing for great ROI, but also has a lot of room for improvement. I look forward to a long-term partnership with Ligna as it evolves.
