Make sure to keep all your emails back and forth and if you cancel, save that email. They WILL KEEP CHARGING YOU. They did it to me for two months and I'm still fighting them. They are NOT for independent artists at all. They DO NOT care. All they want is your money. Their are some incredible companies out there that actually are on your side and give great services that are not a scam. Stay Away from this company at all costs. Robert Ocean Band willl never endorse this kind of business, ever. Go to YouGrow, IMA, Omari MC, Rick Barker, Chris Greenwood (Manafest,) they will all guide you to where you really need to go. Not these scammers.

Amazing Actually Honestly was nervous to get into any form of promoting, assuming every stream or follower would be fake, but Vertex actually impressed me. The growth seemed trustworthy plus I was in constant contact with one of the co-owners. I love the overall result. From the get-go From the get-go, their customer service was amazing. They took the time to understand my goals and ran ads withing my desired targeting. It took a little while to get the targeting 100$ correct but I didn't expect it to be otherwise since everyone has each of their own preferences, as they mentioned to me themselves.

They took my account from being a silly side gig to an actual platform where I have an audience that messages me and interacts with the things I post. I was a bit hesitant when I received the email saying I could become a Creator, but they well and truly know their stuff.
