Convenient, Reliable, Accessible Customer Service I really value Dutch as a reliable source of care for my cats. I can get an appointment same day and the meds come quick. Love their price match guarantee, love that they’ll transfer prescriptions out, and really love how accessible and accommodating their customer service team is. Also the vets we’ve worked with are great!

Best investment I’ve made for my cats Best investment I’ve made for my cats. I was hesitant but needed help asap for my cat that had an upper respiratory infection. I spoke with a vet same day. Was given a prescription, with the option to transfer it to my local pharmacy for a low fee. You can even do the transfers on the website your self. Today I have another appt for my other cat who has ear mites. I’m definitely confident in this service and so happy I found it. They even have someone text you letting you know your prescription is ready at your local pharmacy. So cool! Do it! Don’t even think twice! Last note I hope you guys get a iOS app soon.

My pets minor medical needs are being met I have used Dutch for 2 of my pets since November. These were for eye and ear issues. As i live in a rural with limited vet services, Dutch has been a convenient service to get my pets minor medical needs met. The vets have all been professional and compassionate. I will continue to use this service!

Do not risk your pet's health First, my vet didn't show her face, only a picture. Second, I still haven't received my pet's medication. My visit was on 4/14! I've already canceled my membership - when I requested to cancel, they automatically did it - most companies ask why you're leaving, but not Dutch, they probably already know why.

Looked too good to be true Yes I need more assistance!! Please! Looked too good to be true. Had appt w/Vet and he said to hang tight that w/in a half hour I would have some paperwork to fill to get the heartworm medication. Its been 2 days and NOTHING! One email saying it could take 2-3 hours! It's been 48 hours! What's the deal??? Guess I've been SCAMMED!
